Cynthia Moronez has consistently driven business growth and operational best practices since the founding of PFD. She holds a Project Management degree and has led the originations and acquisitions duties of PFD from the time the group began working together in 2012, through its formation as PFD in 2016, and up to the present, where the group crossed the $1B mark in collateral underwritten in Q2 2024. Cynthia’s educational background, combined with her day-to-day operations at PFD, has been instrumental in shaping her approach to navigating the complex business landscape of personal injury finance. Her expertise in addressing challenges, devising solutions, and identifying opportunities has been crucial to the success of PFD’s various family of companies.

For the 12 years prior to going to law school, Craig was a securities principal for Trading and Compliance, attaining the level of COO and Head Trader, for a Venture Capital/P.E. firm and an International Broker/Dealer. He was actively involved in institutional client development, developed the firm’s capital markets strategies, directed the firm’s trading activities, supervised a staff of more than 60, had overall responsibility for the Trading Department and compliance.
Since March of 2008, Craig has been working as an attorney, licensed in Florida, specializing in commercial and business litigation and transactions, focusing on structuring and litigating non-insurance based issues in the finance and VC space.
Today, Craig is the Managing Partner of Palm Law Partners, P.A., a commercial and business focused law firm. Craig oversees 17 additional attorneys in 15 jurisdictions on a as needed basis for PFD, to assist with navigating the personal injury space, legislative environments, and litigation needs.
His background and experience have provided him with a high level of business acumen, fluency with the intersection of law and business, and legal skills and perspective that are truly unique.
Craig lives in Florida with his wife, 2 children and their dogs.

Former lead attorney for the Michigan Attorney General’s Office, Haney is a fierce litigator who has successfully tried over 250 jury trials in jurisdictions throughout the United States. Former clients have included basketball Hall of Fame legends Magic Johnson and Dominque Wilkins, Malik Beasley, Fred VanVleet, Richaun Holmes, Scoot Henderson and others. Featured in the HBO documentary film “The Scheme”, Haney was the lead trial attorney in the biggest criminal trial in the history of sports where he successfully earned numerous jury verdict acquittals of wire fraud in the Southern District of New York.
Haney is licensed in both Arizona and Michigan State Federal Courts and represents PFD in these states.

E. Vicki Arians, Esq., founding member of her firm, earned her healthcare chops as NJ’s Acting Director of Regulatory of Affairs where she drafted many of the regulations which guide members of the healthcare profession.
She has worked tirelessly in representing the interest of medical doctors, chiropractors, physician assistants, and other members of the healthcare and ambulatory care center community, Ms. Arians successfully defended healthcare providers in complex insurance fraud cases and provided advice and defense to medical professionals on regulatory issues critical to the successful maintenance of their practices.
Through Ms. Arians’ efforts, millions of dollars have been paid to providers whose claims were originally denied for compensation by insurance companies.
