Robert, this is Burt Bloomberg. I was thinking about the conversation we had before, and I really want to reiterate a couple of things that I said.

First of all, I’m well aware of the type of business that I am investing in. That’s why I have significantly increased my investments. For many years, I was an executive in a health system where we basically hired surgeons and other specialists, and we handled the collections.

It’s very clear in my mind that your success in collections is much better than that of our health system. We were so big that it didn’t mean much to us, and the physicians really didn’t complain that much because they were paid a salary and a bonus based on their production, not on what was collected. So, that’s part of the background.

But the reason I wanted to make this call is that I’ve done a lot of investing over the years, and I’ve never run into a company during my due diligence that is as complete and as effective in getting its point across.

My name is Bill Fastigi, and I have been with PFD now for about two years. I’m not a well-heeled investor, so I’m fairly new at investing, and I was a bit hesitant at first, since I did not know much about PFD, but after speaking with Tony on the phone several times, and then going down and visiting the headquarters and meeting with Robert and Eric in person, I feel incredibly comfortable with how the money is run, how the money is made, and how the company is being run. They are an A1 operation.

My hesitations that I first had have all been removed, and I now am very, feel very, very comfortable with my investments with PFD. I’m looking forward to a long, happy relationship for both of us, and have no qualms at all about advising anyone with some qualms, and anyone with any money to invest to check out PFD, and have the utmost confidence, because I was hesitant, but I have complete confidence now. We’ve just finished up an incredible conversation with you where we’ve learned even some more fabulous things about PFD and I wanted to just let you know that both Maureen and I feel that you, Robert, the team have been a real blessing to us. When we first started out, we were amazed at how gracious and open you both were, how you shared with us how your company operates. We were amazed and and the absolute spoiling that you’ve done for us over time and how you’ve become so important in our lives and we wanted to just say to you thank you so much and to say to Robert thank you so much because we can now sit and talk about our finances in a calm manner knowing that what you say and what Robert says has always been the truth and we can’t thank you enough for that.
