At the 2024 ISCT Annual Meeting, Dr. Christopher Duma of Regeneration Biomedical, Inc. (RBI) presented encouraging early data from a first-in-human trial of its CEREWiNT™ stem cell platform for Alzheimer’s and related diseases. The therapy delivers Wnt-activated autologous stem cells directly into the brain, aiming to regenerate rather than just manage symptoms. Preliminary results show cognitive gains in 80% of patients, biomarker reductions, and no major side effects. RBI has been selected for inclusion in PFD Capital Partners’ PFDSMH3002 investment vehicle, which combines secured returns with equity upside in breakthrough medical technologies.
