From humble beginnings and the son of hard-working first-generation immigrant parents, Neil Flores was raised in Southern Orange County. After graduating from Dana Hills High School, Mr. Flores went on to graduate from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He was then offered a scholarship to attend a law school in San Diego, CA. Neil graduated from law school and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2020.
Prior to, and while attending college, Neil worked in the venture capital and retail business with one of the founding members of PFD and has been providing billing and collections and lien rep services to the medical service provider community for the last decade prior to being accepted to law school. His vast business experience in venture capital, billing, collections, and lien services puts him in a unique position to build cases and negotiate settlements, unlike your typical attorney.
